Q: One of my classes just got a new teacher and the first thing he had to do was grade an essay. Because we still had the old teacher when the essay was assigned and many students feel they did not do well, a lot of the kids in my class are saying that he doesn’t grade fairly. I did not do awfully, so I don’t know what to make of it. He doesn’t seem like a bad teacher, but what if my grades start to suffer? Would that be my fault or the teacher’s? Q: I have this thing for this guy. It’s more an affliction than anything. Because I like him in spite of the fact I know he isn’t a good guy. He does some questionable things recreationally, and I’m not about that. The issue isn’t what he does, I’m my own person after all. The real issue is, I like him but I very much do not want to date him. What should I do to rid myself of this ailment? |
