By Utkarsh Panchel This NFL season has been a nail biter. There have been 108 games through this week that have been won by less than 7 points. Almost every team has a star player, which has lead them to win a tremendous amount of games. For most teams, that player is a rookie. But for some teams, veteran quarterbacks continue to push out amazing games. In all, this postseason will be must watch. First of all, the Carolina Panthers are 14-0, which has only happened 4 times before in NFL history. The combination of a stellar offense and hard-hitting defense creates an unstoppable force. Other teams, like the Patriots and Broncos, are continuing to show success, season after season. One team that has been a surprise is the Arizona Cardinals. They have shown tremendous growth from last year, mainly from the return of Carson Palmer. His return has caused their offense to be the best in the league. Their defense isn't very behind either. Another team, the Cincinnati Bengals, has proven to be spectacular this season. They improved themselves, so that now they have a spot in the playoffs. The playoffs will be so competitive, that it’s hard to choose who going to be crowned the winner. The NFC East itself is a battle to the death situation. Only Washington, currently, has an even record. All the other teams are below 500. Yet, the Giants and Eagles have a chance to win. If the Eagles win their next game, against the Redskins, they are in the playoffs. But if the Redskins win, then the Redskins get in. That’s how close that conference is. This situation is present in almost every conference. The Jets, Steelers and Chiefs are all battling it out to get a spot in the playoffs. In my opinion, if the Panthers keep up their stellar work, they can't be stopped. But there are multiple teams that have a chance to beat them. Green Bay, Arizona and New England all have a chance to knock out the clear favorite and become the ultimate winner. Even the teams with lower records, who have a chance of making the playoffs, have a chance to win it all. Even though the chances may not be as high, if they put an immense amount of effort in, anything can happen. Overall, it is anyone's game. But one thing is for sure: This will be a playoffs to remember.
