By Maggie Foight For the month of September, the featured male student is proof that greatness in the future starts now - even beginning in high school! He juggles water polo training and games as well as multiple advanced classes with no trouble. Not only does he set up the play as hole-set for his team, but he is setting himself up for a very successful future - give it up for Chris Russo!

By Sarah Larkin This kitten is ready to be adopted! She is a 5 month old stray that was saved by the Animal Rescue League. This Domestic Shorthair Mix with brown tiger fur has been in the animal rescue league for one-fifth of her life (since August 18, 2016). The tiny little girl weighs in at less than 5 pounds (3.375 pounds). She is very energetic and would love to find a family that will take the time to play with her! By Sarah Larkin Meet Macy! This beautiful German Shepherd Rottweiler mix is nine years old and has been at the Animal Rescue League since July 11, 2016. Her fur is mostly brown with spots of tan. She is potty trained and great on leashes but is a little mischievous as she can climb fences. This poor girl was returned to the Animal Rescue League by her previous owners because of her tendency to find clever ways to escape when fenced in. Macy is extremely sweet and loves attention, so she would be a perfect addition to any family that has the time for her! By Jessica Reichart Mr. Blass: a biology teacher new to our school, but familiar with the routine as an educator. After a few years of teaching at Reading High, he made his way to his new home in the E400 hall of our Wilson High School. He not only teaches, but also participates in the football coaching staff. This may be his only other involvement in the Wilson community, but Mr. Blass plans to get more involved as his career at Wilson progresses. Being an active and positive participant in the community is important to him - but not as important as family. |
