The Austerberry’s have been putting their faith and trust into the hands of doctors at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in order to give their daughter the best care.
Grace has proven to be a very strong child with loving and comforting parents. While the Austerberrys are devoting their time to be with Grace at CHOP, many fundraisers and community events have been occuring back home in order to provide any possible aid to these amazing parents. On Sept. 23, a fundraiser was held at the Wyomissing Family Restaurant & Bakery. Several hundred members of the community, friends, family and volunteers alike, attended and raised money to help the Austerberrys. The fundraiser had the goal of $10,000, but with all of the people that came to support this family, they were able to pass this goal by approximately $5,000. As one can imagine, all of the doctor’s visits and time at CHOP have quickly added up in costs. Grace’s family and their dear friends are asking for support and donations of any size in order to help cover the immense medical costs that have arose while helping Grace make a strong recovery. If you would like to help out by donating, please visit the Austerberry’s GoFundMe page at https://www.gofundme.com/xnqa3f-amazing-grace. Any donations that exceed the necessary amount that Grace needs will be sent to children’s hospitals that have taken wonderful care of Grace, along with so many other children each and every day. Thank you for supporting this amazing family in their time of need.
