By Maggie Foight Question: “Schoolwork + extracurriculars = stress! What is the best way to deal with that type of stress?” Answer: Stressing out too much may not be good for your health, but twenty percent of American teens have to deal with it on a daily basis. Typically, being stressed can result in feeling overwhelmed, experiencing tension, having a higher heart rate, and getting clammy hands. The best way to deal with stress depends on the person, but some of the most effective ways to cope include exercising, limiting caffeine, stepping back from your workload, and getting enough sleep.
